Service Details

What exactly does your service include?

Our service includes taking your trash can from its storage location to the curb on your scheduled collection day, and then returning it to its original location after the trash has been collected. This happens every week for your regular trash collection.

What areas do you service?

We currently service the Peachtree City, Georgia area. We plan to expand to surrounding areas in the future. If you're outside our current service area but interested in our service, please contact us to let us know.

How do you know when my trash collection day is?

When you sign up, we'll ask for your address which allows us to determine your regular trash collection schedule. We maintain an up-to-date database of collection schedules for all areas we service.

What if I have multiple trash cans?

Our standard $25/month service covers up to two regular-sized trash cans. If you have additional cans or oversized containers, please contact us for custom pricing.

Do you handle recycling bins too?

Yes! Our service includes both trash cans and recycling bins at no additional cost.

Billing & Payment

How much does the service cost?

Our service costs $25 per month, billed automatically to your credit or debit card.

When am I charged for the service?

Your card will be charged on the same day each month, starting on the day you sign up. For example, if you sign up on the 15th, you'll be charged on the 15th of each month.

Is there a contract or minimum commitment?

No, there is no contract or minimum commitment. You can cancel your service at any time with no cancellation fees.

How do I cancel my service?

You can cancel your service by calling us at (555) 123-4567 or emailing us at info@trashcantransport.com. Please provide at least 3 days notice before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next month.

Scheduling

What time will you take out/return my trash cans?

We typically take trash cans to the curb the evening before collection day (between 4pm-8pm) and return them the same day as collection (between 2pm-6pm). Exact timing may vary based on route efficiency and weather conditions.

What happens if I need to skip a week?

If you need to skip service for a particular week (for example, if you'll be away and won't have trash), please let us know at least 24 hours in advance by phone or email.

What about holidays when trash collection is delayed?

We stay updated on all holiday schedules and service adjustments from local waste management companies. We'll automatically adjust our service to match any holiday-related changes to your collection schedule.

Special Circumstances

What happens during bad weather?

Our service continues rain or shine! In fact, many customers especially appreciate our service during bad weather when they don't have to go outside. In extreme weather conditions that affect trash collection schedules, we'll adjust our service accordingly.

What if my trash wasn't collected?

If the waste management company misses your collection for any reason, please let us know. We'll return your can to its storage location and bring it back out on the rescheduled collection day at no extra charge.

Do I need to be home when you provide the service?

No, you don't need to be home. Our service is designed to be completely hands-off for you. Once you show us where your trash cans are stored and where they should be placed for collection, we'll take care of everything.

How will I know the service has been completed?

We'll send you text message notifications when your trash can has been taken to the curb and again when it has been returned to its storage location. This feature will be available through our upcoming mobile app.

What if I have a gate or special access requirements?

We can accommodate most special access requirements. During sign-up, you can provide details about gates, codes, or other access information. For complex situations, we may schedule an initial consultation to ensure we understand your specific needs.
